Jerry Jett was born in W.Va., on March 12, 1956, the son of Hershall and Hazel Jett.  He passed away on October 2, 2004 at 5:55 a.m.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Tina Meier Jett; three children, Hershall Wayne of Newton, Shanna June of Newton, Amanda K. of Ohio; two grandbabies of Ohio; one brother, two half brothers, four sisters and one  half sister.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Tuesday at the Grannies Creek Goodwill Community Church where the funeral will be on Tuesday at noon.
