Ray Lowe, 90, of Spencer, died Wednesday, May 31, 2006, in Welcome Home Care, Spencer.

He was born on Rush Creek, a son of the late Orville and Minnie Hersman Lowe.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ana Mae Lowe in 2004.

Ray was the sexton at Eventide Cemetery and caretaker at the McIntosh Mansion, Spencer, for many years.

Survivors include one sister, Mildred Atkinson of Ripley.

A funeral service will be conducted Saturday, June 3 at 11 a.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Garry L. Bowen officiating.  Burial will be in the Eventide Cemetery, Spencer.

Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
